Woodchester Valley Vineyard was first planted in 2007 by the Shiner family, starting with a single acre plot in Amberley in the Cotswolds. They specialise in estate-made wines, having built their winery on site in 2016. This varietal rose is a flavoursome, dry pink wine with raspberry and strawberry aromas and a zingy, crisp palate full of punchy waxed lemons, bittersweet grapefruit and tangy rhubarb, rounding out in a soft and refreshing finish.
